Assessment answers, scores and contact details are collected so we can return your results by email, show them on this site, and — if you ask — continue the conversation. We do not sell this information.

Readiness scores measure organizational capability. Commercial lead scores, if used internally, are separate and are not shown as part of your diagnostic result or in the email we send you.

If a CRM or email provider is connected, your details are forwarded there so we can follow up. Spontaneous applications, including a CV or profile link, are used only to consider you for work at SpparoW. This notice will be replaced with a full policy before public launch. Until then, treat anything you submit as shared with SpparoW for the purpose of the diagnostic, application or follow-up you requested.
